NEW for 2021! For those who did not have the opportunity to participate in a local 2021 Festival and thereby did not receive a recommendation from an adjudicator to the Provincial Festival, the Associated Manitoba Arts Festivals has created special “direct entry” classes in Piano, Voice, Instrumental, Music Theatre and Speech Arts at the preliminary, junior, intermediate, advanced and senior levels. To follow the current public health orders, the 2021 edition of the AMAF’s Provincial Music & Arts Festival will be a ‘virtual’ experience. All video submissions along with entry forms and a scanned copy of your music selection or poetry/prose selection must be sent to the AMAF by May 20 2021.
All 2021 entrants will have the opportunity to hear fellow class performers and will receive written and verbal adjudications as in a ‘live’ festival.
Scholarships and bursaries will be awarded to participants at the conclusion of the Festival. Please check the AMAF website for more details. Good luck to all of those who decide to participate.
